Information we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, mobile phone number, email address if you provide one, and any message about the car or budget you have in mind. We also note which vehicle you were looking at when you got in touch. We do not run credit checks or collect financial account information through this website. If you visit our lot or call us, we may keep notes about your inquiry so we can help you.

Like most websites, our host may automatically log basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited. This helps us keep the site working.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, help you find a vehicle, and follow up about cars you asked about. If you give us your mobile number and consent, we may call or text you about your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to advertise anybody else's business.

Email

If you give us your email address, we will email you about the vehicle you asked about, and about any purchase you make from us — your paperwork, your title, your plates, and anything else you need.

If the vehicle you asked about sells to someone else, we may also email you when a similar one arrives — similar type of vehicle, similar price range. We send at most one of these a week, however many vehicles arrive, and only about our own inventory.

Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and it takes effect immediately. If you unsubscribe we stop sending you anything promotional. We will still email you about a vehicle you actually bought from us — where your title is, when your plates went in the mail — because that is your paperwork rather than advertising, and holding it back would leave you worse off.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may call or text you, including by automated means, about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by calling or emailing us and asking us to stop. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run our business (for example, the company that hosts this website, or the tools we use to send email and text messages), and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also share information if required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to help you and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. The fastest way to stop promotional email is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of it. For anything else, reach out using the contact details below and we'll take care of it.
